As we pray about God’s vision for our church and the plans he has for us we chose this year to seek reassurance from our Bible mottoes:-
“Then when you call upon me and come and pray to me, I will hear you. When you search for me, you will find me; if you seek me with all your heart, I will let you find me, says the Lord, and I will restore your fortunes...”

LICENSING OF A NEW PRIEST IN CHARGE
OF St. MICHAEL & ALL ANGELS
On Wednesday 23rd June at 7:30 Bishop Humphrey conducted a service to license the Revd. Colin Pearson as Priest in Charge of St Michael’s Church in Alvaston and as Area Vicar of Church @ Derby South, MMA 55.
The service was attended by around 200 people from churches of many denominations. and members of local community organisations.
Colin says his primary ministry passion is “to see people coming to know God through the love of the Lord Jesus Christ.”
