Welcoming Minsitry

Welcoming people into church is more than just saying the word 'Welcome', it is being prepared to spot new people and being their first point of contact with a smiling face. Offering a welcome may extend to sitting and chatting with people, being prepared to help those who have needs and helping them to feel at home and comfortable during a service. A person who 'welcomes' another helps that person to connect to God and to other people in the church community.
